Your responsibilities will include:
Performing daily bank reconciliations of Client and Office bank accounts.
Managing billing processes, including sales ledger invoices and credit notes.
Handling bank payments, transfers, and purchase ledger transactions.
Overseeing cash collection and Sales Ledger management.
Preparing month-end financial reports.
Managing conveyancing payments and ensuring compliance with SRA accounts rules.
Liaising with banks and suppliers for effective communication.
Recording, billing, and monitoring disbursements.What You’ll Need to Succeed:
A strong understanding of legal accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
