Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Salary: £27,000 Per Annum
Location: Slough

As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in the finance department, supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the business. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the preparation of financial statements and accounts, including monthly and annual accounts.
* Manage incoming invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring they are processed accurately and timely.
* Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Support the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
* Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
* Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and the management of financial records.
* Liaise with external auditors and provide required information for audits.
* Comply with financial policies and regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
