About the Company: We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join a specialist equipment company in Hampshire. Working in the compliance team, the purpose of your role is to ensure compliance and continuous improvement from a quality perspective on site.

Responsibilities:

• Quality improvement.
• Liaising with other departments to provide expertise in the area of quality.
• Test method development.
• Report writing.
• Cross-functional program management.
• Supplier management.
• Root cause investigation and CAPA.
• Managing non-conformances.
• Auditing to ISO9001.
• Monitoring and improving KPIs.
• Building and implementing ISO 9001 supplier audit schedule.
• Equipment calibration.
• QMS updating and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a manufacturing engineering positions within a similar environment.
• Experience working with suppliers.
• Kaizen
• 8D
• 5Y
• Lean
• FMEA
• Auditor experience
• Lead auditor certification
