Your incredible new role
We're proud to offer this incredible opportunity for an established Estimator to join our client based in Leicester. As their Estimator, you will be involved in producing land appraisals and will require experience in pricing a range of housing developments varying in complexity including retirement villages. The candidate will be capable of working on their own initiative and closely with the land team and will be responsible for maintaining a competitive cost database with ultimate responsibility to the Commercial Director.
What you'll need to succeed
- Have or be working towards a minimum of an HNC in building or equivalent.
- Internal BOQ production.
- Working knowledge of ConQuest Estimating software.
- House Building experience
- A full driving licence.
- Roads and sewers and infrastructure.
- S106.
- Working knowledge of Bluebeam measurement software.
