Location: Warrington, UK (Hybrid - 2-3 days in the office)

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

About the Role:

As an Implementation Leader, you'll play a critical role in deploying cutting-edge manufacturing intelligence software for a leading technology provider. You’ll manage the full scope of implementation projects, leading a skilled team of Implementation Consultants across the UK.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee Implementation: Lead and coordinate all activities of the Implementation Consultant team, ensuring projects run smoothly and effectively across the UK and Europe.
• Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with diverse stakeholders, from shop floor users to senior management, understanding their unique requirements and aligning project deliverables to meet them.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve: Leverage your software and hardware troubleshooting expertise to identify and address challenges, keeping projects on track and clients satisfied.
• Project Management: Ensure projects are meticulously planned, managed, and delivered on time, aligning resources and timelines to meet client expectations.

What You'll Bring:

• Industry Expertise: Proven experience implementing software in a food and beverage manufacturing environment, with an understanding of factory operations and challenges.
• Project Management Skills: Exceptional project management skills to guide complex, multi-site implementations.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience in both software and hardware troubleshooting, ensuring smooth installations and minimal disruptions.
• Communication & Leadership: Strong communication skills to lead a team and engage with clients across different levels, effectively balancing priorities and expectations.
