Your new role
Key responsibilities within this role:
Ensure the school premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained.Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.Oversee the security of the school buildings and grounds.Conduct regular health and safety checks.Keyholder responsibilities.Assist with setting up school events and activities.Respond promptly to any emergencies or urgent issueWhat you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate would be:
- Be able to work independently.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Maintenance skills
- Caretaking/ Handy person experience (Ideal).
- Legionella trained. (Desirable)
- Joiner/Maintenance background.(Desirable)
- Be proactive
