What Youll Do As the HR Manager: Lead and Inspire: Oversee and mentor the HR team to ensure seamless service and meet department targets. Develop & Implement HR Policies: Guide employees and managers on HR policies and ensure clear, consistent communication across departments. Champion Learning & Development: Track and support training needs, helping staff grow their skills and advance their careers. Ensure Compliance & Wellbeing: Manage health, safety, and wellbeing programs, and keep the company up-to-date with HR regulations and best practices. Support Strategic Goals: Work directly with the Board to develop HR strategies, set departmental goals, and deliver insightful HR reports. What Youll Bring: Proven Experience: 3+ years as a HR Manager, with a track record in leading HR functions within a busy office setting. People Leadership: Strong skills in staff motivation, team management, and relationship building. HR Expertise: Proficiency with HR software, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to make sound decisions, manage multiple priorities, and work independently. Adaptability & Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various sites and a positive, solutions-focused approach.
