Your new company
An owner-managed business in the heart of London is looking to bring in a best-in-class CFO to drive the business towards and exit. This business partners with blue-chip companies and a host of global brands to deliver advertising solutions and promotions.
Your new role
As the CFO, you will:
- Oversee core financial accounting including monthly management accounts and reporting
- Lead commercial operations across the business
- Manage the company cashflow
- Overhaul the finance systems and processes to professionalise the business
- Prepare the annual budget
- Plan and prepare the business for external investment
- Provide strategic insight into business growth, expansion to new markets and hiring plans
- Working with the CEO/ PE investors to execute strategy
What you'll need to succeed
- A professionally qualified accountant with 10yrs + operating experience, ideally with experience within an advertising agency or similar.
- Experience of managing finance functions at the bottom up.
- PE / VC experience - experience of attracting external investment and leading an exit would be desirable.
- Industry background - Advertising / MarComms / or similar.
- Experience of fundraising and their needs as shareholders / Board members
