Fabric Technician

Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00
Salary - up to £35,000
We have an opportunity to work as a Fabric Technician to be based out of one of the most recognized and visited buildings in London working in a team of Fabric Engineers providing on-site building maintenance.
We have placed well over 300 employees across this business which has shown consistent pathway for progression and further training opportunities within an engineers career. It is expected that the candidate is able to carry out most basic handyperson duties within a commercial environment and has previous experience with the FM industry or similar environments.

* Lamp changing
* Take Tap Temperatures
* Flushing
* Planned preventative maintenance
* Reactive maintenance
* Plant Room Checks
* Assist other engineers onsite as required
* Painting & Decorating
* Tiling
