CNC Operator
Are you an experienced CNC Operator looking for an exciting new opportunity to showcase your skills? Our client, a leading company in precision engineering, is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Setting, programming, and operating multi-axis machining centres.
Producing small batch precision components with exceptional attention to detail.
On-control programming and interpreting technical drawings.
Collaborating on CAD/CAM projects to generate CNC programs (previous experience in this area is a plus). Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Proven track record as a machinist with a recognised Level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with multi-axis machining centres.
Strong technical expertise in on-control programming and machining precision components.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately. Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Professional, mature approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Flexibility to support the wider management team and adapt to new challenges.
