Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 (dependent on experience, pro-rata for part-time)
Location: Huddersfield-based with flexible hybrid working

Your Key Responsibilities

Project Collaboration:
Work closely with design and project teams to align financial goals with specifications and ensure successful project delivery.
Compliance and Reporting:
Maintain detailed financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare final accounts to close out projects effectively.Desire
This role is ideal for an experienced professional with at least 10 years in quantity surveying or a related field. You'll bring expertise in cost management and contract negotiation, along with a solid understanding of fire sprinkler systems and industry standards such as BS 9251, BS EN 12845, and NFPA.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
Comprehensive experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or construction-related roles.
Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Desirable:
A degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or related fields.
Familiarity with BIM processes and their financial implications.
