Shift Maintenance Engineer
Shift Pattern: (days, nights, weekends)
Ensure effective maintenance of production machinery and service plant equipment while upholding safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
Adhere to all QHSE standards and safety policies, maintaining high housekeeping standards.
Use PPE and report accidents or environmental issues promptly.
Proactively identify and implement safety and equipment reliability improvements.
Maintenance and Repair:
Troubleshoot and repair machinery using technical tools and drawings.
Perform planned maintenance and document in the CMMS.
Collaborate on machinery upgrades, installations, and energy-saving initiatives.
Continuous Improvement:
Support TPM initiatives to enhance machine performance.
Maintain technical documentation and identify optimization opportunities.
Occasional Responsibilities:
Assist with installations, upgrades, and technical drawing updates.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Proven mechanical maintenance in manufacturing.
Technical Skills: Skilled in diagnostic tools, reading technical diagrams, and CMMS.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and energy-efficiency expertise.
