You will be reporting into the Service Manager and you will but not limited to Process/file incoming service purchase orders and documentation, Acknowledge PO receipt to the customers along with planned attendance scheduling, Organise travel arrangements and bookings etc. as part of job preparation· Record service work/holidays/rest days/medicals/training etc. for the Service Engineers, Assist to monitor/maintain the service engineers training records & company tool registers. Monitor records and arrange servicing of service vehicle fleet, Update service-related documentation within ERP system and server job folders, Ensure project data is accurately entered into ERP system such as hours & costings, Assist accounts team to help ensure customer invoice disputes are resolved and ultimately paid in good time, Keep the Service Manager fully informed of the status of activities involving the service team.
Working Monday to Friday 37 hours per week with a salary of upto £28,000pa DOE.
What do you need?
Marine service background desirable
Strong communication & organisational skills
Computer literate
ERP knowledge
