React Software Engineer Hybrid / Belfast About the Role: My client is seeking talented React Software Engineers to join their dynamic development team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where youll be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable web applications. Youll report to the Head of Engineering and play a key role in designing technical solutions, collaborating with clients, and ensuring the success of various digital projects. Key Responsibilities: Build, test, and maintain modern, scalable applications using React and other cutting-edge technologies. Work closely with clients to agree on technical designs, provide accurate estimates, and understand the technical implications of user stories. Share knowledge with your team while continuously learning and staying updated with new technologies and best practices. Make sound technical decisions in a fast-paced environment, balancing functional requirements with user experience. Essential Requirements: Knowledge of React and familiarity with modern frontend development. Experience in Vanilla JavaScript / / React Native / TypeScript Experience with mobile-first development and responsive design. Proven experience in testing and a strong understanding of performance optimization. Ability to clearly communicate technical designs and non-functional concerns to both clients and team members.
