Aqualona also acts as a 3PL for a number of companies.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Accounts and Logistics Assistant at Aqualona Products Ltd in Potters Bar (EN6). The Assistant will be responsible for assisting with E-commerce accounts and logistics management on a day-to-day basis.


Aqualona has a very strong presence on E-commerce and are now expanding heavily into USA and Europe. The successful candidate will be assisting the team in the onboarding of these new markets and also helping with the daily running of these accounts.


Aqualona is also now a 3PL with over 100,000 sqft of warehouse space. The successful candidate will help with the logistical side to the warehouse. Assisting with the smooth running of the logistical procedure in the warehouse, helping with any problems they may have, ensuring they are following packaging rules to do with sizing and weight for Amazon Shipping/Royal Mail. Also making sure everything is running correctly, all marketplaces are connected and active, automated rules are set up, shipping is correct, manual orders, setting up new products, liaising with the warehouse if they have problems.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Organization Skills
  • Inventory Management and Purchasing skills
  • Logistics Management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software
  • Previous experience in E-commerce or retail industry is a plus
  • Experience with managing Amazon/E-commerce accounts, either in-house or have their own account
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of product listings, SEO, and PPC
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse sales data and trends to make informed decisions
  • Demonstrated experience with using Amazon seller central, marketplace management, and advertising platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write high-quality product descriptions and create marketing content
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with using Microsoft Excel and other productivity-related tools is a plus
