The Role

As an Associate Director in the London office, you'll play a crucial role in growing and retaining their institutional client base across the UK and Europe. You'll work closely with the Global Markets leadership team, leveraging world-class research to deliver solutions that help clients navigate the complexities of today's investment landscape.

What You'll Do

• Build market share and drive revenue growth across a portfolio of institutional accounts.
• Become an expert in translating political risks into actionable investment insights.
• Create strategic account plans and support major business initiatives
• Work with our global analyst and strategy teams to deliver value-adding solutions
• Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of market developments across regions and asset classes

What You'll Bring

• Experience in global financial markets in a client-facing role
• Strong background in institutional sales, advisory, or consulting
• Experience across multiple asset classes, with emphasis on Emerging Markets, FX, and Fixed Income
• Strategic mindset with proven ability to monetize research and advisory services
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree required; Masters or MBA preferred
