Investment Analyst

Higher Capital Consulting have partnered with one of London's most highly regarded PERE firms for the hire of an Investment Analyst. This represents a rare opportunity to join an industry-leading team and be involved across all stages of the investment life cycle.

Profile requirements:

• At least 1 year and maximum 2 years experience in real estate and/or Investment Banking or from a Big 4 accountancy firm, in a Real Estate-related role.
• Graduate from Top University - must have strong academics.
• Superior analytical, quantitative and technical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling.

The role:

• Focus on evaluation and execution of potential real estate acquisitions, including equity and debt investments
• Modeling complex cash flows, researching real estate markets, public equity and debt opportunities
• Assisting with asset management including business plan development and exit strategy planning and execution

Please note that given the complexity of the financial modeling across the capital stack, we are expecting top academic record and 1 year experience in a leading PERE or Investment Banking firm.
