My client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to join their Global Proposal team in the UK office. The role involves managing major, multi-regional, and multi-practice opportunities, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for their UK and EMEA offices. The Senior Proposal Manager will draft and edit materials and coordinate the RFP follow-up process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Develop and maintain standard firm language for RFPs.
• Draft executive summaries and edit materials for proposals.
• Conduct Business Assessment Evaluations.
• Coordinate with lawyers and Business Development Managers.
• Communicate progress and collaborate with the Marketing Department.
• Develop fee proposals and manage project assignments.
• Maintain a database of final proposals and track results.
• Improve processes and update the firm’s experience database.
