Healthcare Sales Specialist - Hospital Estates Management

Act as a change agent to drive the adoption of critical alarm and software solutions within the healthcare industry! You must have a strong background selling to healthcare estates, facilities and T1 contractors.

TERRITORY: London + South East

OVERVIEW;

• Market leaders, boasting huge market share and incredible employee retention
• Great earning potential - OTE £110K uncapped - monthly & quarterly paid + annual bonus
• Order value could be anything from 20K to 2M
• Project focused job - solution selling
• Work closely with the Sales Engineer to provide comprehensive technical and sales support
• Coordinate with internal teams, including internal sales, aftersales service, and project delivery, to ensure seamless execution of projects

THE JOB

This position will focus on engaging multiple stakeholders within the NHS and Private Healthcare sectors - targeting medical directors, chief clinical information officers (CCIOs), estates managers, facilities managers, ward managers, and digital transformation officers.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing long project sales cycles and collaborating with a Sales Engineer to drive the adoption of an entire portfolio across critical alarm and software solutions.

The ability to navigate relationships with Tier 1 / Contractors and Facilities Management in the healthcare sector will be key to your success!

PACKAGE;

• £55-65K basic salary - some flex
• OTE £110K uncapped
• £550 car allowance
