Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Depending on experience)

About Us:

Fortune Commercial Finance Ltd is a FCA regulated mortgage broker is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their our dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on mortgage products and protection plans to their clients. The ideal candidate must hold a valid CMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) qualification.

Mortgage and Protection Advisor Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial assessments for clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs.
• Provide expert advice on a wide range of mortgage products, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications, guiding them through the entire process.
• Source and secure competitive mortgage deals from various lenders.
• Offer tailored protection solutions, including life insurance, income protection, and critical illness cover.
• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and product knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and reviews.

Requirements:

• CMAP qualification is mandatory
• CAS status is mandatory
• Proven experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and the broader financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and building trust.
