Senior Claims Adjuster - Cyber

We are currently recruiting a Senior Claims Adjuster – Cyber. The chosen candidate will handle and adjust Cyber insurance claims from first notification to final resolution. They will be expected to support the Claims Manager in the implementation of the claims strategy and work collaboratively with other members of the global claims team.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

To proactively adjust claims

To ensure that sufficient financial provisions are held for all claims

To instruct and proactively oversee lawyers, adjusters and experts

To assist the Claims Manager with the oversight of delegated claims authority holders (“DCAs”)

Service providers or outsource partners, flagging any issues of concern to the Claims Manager and working to remediate these concerns

To develop a thorough understanding of the Cyber underwriting and claims portfolio

The ideal candidate should have:

Knowledge of key issues affecting the cyber insurance market, Cover holder management and oversight

Knowledge of Lloyd’s claims scheme and related claims handling systems.

Computer literacy in standard business software including MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
