Role Overview:


As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Relationship Managers in maintaining and growing client relationships. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in relationship management within a fast-paced and dynamic financial environment. You will assist in managing client portfolios, processing loan applications, and helping to implement strategic initiatives that align with both client and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.

• Support Relationship Managers in preparing and delivering client proposals, financial reports, and reviews.

• Assist with the deal process, ensuring all data/compliance is inputted and pushed through

• Prepare and maintain client documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Liaise with lenders, dealing with any day to day queries.

• Participate in client meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.

• Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, compliance, and operations to ensure smooth delivery of services.

• Stay up-to-date on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes.


Requirements:


• 1-2 years of experience in a banking, financial services, or client-facing role (experience in Property Finance is a plus).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Knowledge of banking products and services is desirable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
