Corporate Associate 2-5 PQE

We are instructed by a leading international law firm that is seeking to hire an Associate to join their team in London.

The role will encompass the full range of Corporate M&A, venture capital investment and advisory work across a range of industry sectors.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, drafting and negotiating a range of documents, such as share and asset purchase agreements, shareholders' and investment agreements, articles of association and related transaction documents. The transactions are often international, and the clients will be a mixture of investors, founders, entrepreneurs, and corporates.

Applications are sought from E&W qualified Corporate Lawyers with upwards of two years' PQE and an excellent academic record.
