Exclusive European MD role - £150k base + mulitple bonuses + shares

My client, a rapdily scaling, global recruitment brand are on the look out for a new UK & European MD to lead & spearhead growth across their London office.

In this role, you will be responsible for Multiple heads, focusing on the below ⬇️

Headcount expansion: The board are VERY serious about growth across each of their core practices, you will have significant budget to hire (aiming for +10 by EONY)

⚪️ Contract growth: The business has over 200-runners out already, but driving the levels of contract revenue from the sales floor is a TOP priority

Business strategy: Together with the board, you will be tasked with ensuring all strategies, processes, etc are rock solid - being set up to facilitate rapid & sustainable growth is crucial

What’s on offer?

⚪️ Up to £150k base + multiple bonuses

Share options with serious wealth creation play (board scaled & exited multiple rec businesses)

⚪️ Reporting direcly into CEO & COO

Scope to add 15-20 heads to London office ASAP, with 10 ideally by EONY
