Manager/Associate Director Corporate Finance

An independent M&A boutique in London is looking for a Manager/Associate Director to help continue to drive the growth of the business.

They are an independent firm with a successful track record helping clients through the M&A process, capital raising and advising management teams on buy-ins/buy-outs. They work across the range of sectors with transaction sizes sitting between £10m-£200m.

They have a healthy pipeline and a high deal completion rate whilst working on increasingly larger deals for private UK companies and international buyers. The team takes a holistic approach to transactions ensuring the best deal for their clients.

As a boutique, it's a great opportunity for somebody wishing to gain more exposure and hands-on deal experience. The team recognises work-life balance is a high priority and this is reflected in their day to day work.

As an Manager/Associate Director, you will:

• Work closely with the Director and Partner, leading transactions from origination through to completion
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and proactively seek out origination opportunities, building your own network
• Attend potential client pitches and lead the preparation of pitch documentation with assistance from more junior team members
• Managing a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts, providing support, feedback and encouraging career development.

The successful candidate:

• ACA/ACCA/CFA qualified or equivalent
• Proven experience of managing and leading transactions from origination through to completion.
• C. 2-6 years' post qualification M&A experience gained within a Big 4/Top 20 M&A team or boutique investment bank
• The right to work in the UK
