Senior Business Analyst - eFX IT - Contract 1 year/ £750 per day Inside IR35

Hawksworth are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for an e-FX IT Team based in London. Hybrid working (2 days working from home a week). 1-year contract with possibility of extension. £750 per day Inside IR35.

The job:

The eFX IT technology team is responsible for a suite of applications and services for the eFX business line, servicing clients, internal Sales, and other branches of the group. The suite includes connectivity to markets and multi-dealer venues, pricing and trader tools across both an algo platform, and an incumbent distribution platform. The platform supports FX spot, forward, options and deposits.

The FX business is looking to improve their electronic footprint through competitive pricing and algorithmic hedging, spot and non-spot products and improved distribution capabilities. As a senior business analyst in the eFX IT team you will work with stakeholders to understand their requirements, guide developers in delivering quality solutions and help coordinate from inception to delivery.

You will be an experienced senior business analyst with a proven track record in FX e-trading and/or e-commerce, who is an energetic self-driven individual, adaptable as the context determines, to take instruction and work autonomously; or to work collaboratively as part of a small team. Knowledge of FX forwards pricing would be considered a particular strength.

Required experience:

• Product knowledge (FX Spot, Forward, Swap, NDF, Options, Deposits.
• Comprehensive exposure to the following aspects of e-trading within the FX business ( FX products (Spots, forwards, Swap, NDF, Options), FX Pricing and Limit Orders, Interaction with dealer platforms, FX administration and process flows.
• Business Analysis within IT Projects in the FX Front Office business line.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
