There are hundreds of agencies out there, but this one is possibly the most 'unrecruitment' recruitment business we work with. Yes, they're driven and do very well. However, they don't shout too loudly or beat their chests about good they are. Basically, they're a bunch of experienced and professional recruiters who know their stuff and are comfortable in their own skin. no ego's or Rolex's in sight!

What they need is someone who has solid experience in A&F recruitment. Someone who backs themselves to be in front of customers and grow a business.

They're currently on all the frameworks and PSL's across Public Sector (and quite a few private sector) for Tech, and are getting numerous requests for A&F candidates from their very warm and loyal customer base. You will come in as the industry expert for A&F and shape this division and grow it as you see fit.

This isn't a get rich quick scheme, and neither is it a "we'll give it a go and if it doesn't work we'll can it" move either! It's a well thought, well funded (they're doing very well with contract/temp numbers and a really consistent perm business) and well supported opportunity.
