Change Manager - VP

Capital Markets have partnered with a leading International Bank in the search for a Change Manager to join their office in London. The role is suited to a person who has experience working in Change/Project Management within a Credit function in a Bank.

Responsibilities of Change Manager - VP include:

• leading any types of projects arisen in Credit Department where the bank’s credit policies and rules are executed through credit and sustainability risk assessment process.
• Providing analysis, design, and management of business requirements for the successful project implementation.
• Being the center of knowledge for over 70 types of Bank’s Credit and Sustainability Risk related policies and rules
• Guiding and overseeing 1st and 2ne line of defence operations to ensure consistent application of rules.

Essential Requirements:

• Must have experience working within a credit function to be considered.
• Demonstrated knowledge in governance structure and risk management topics required to financial institutions by European regulators and how it is practiced in an organization.
• Demonstrated change management skill sets in cross departmental projects
