Job Description

Ryder Reid Legal is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join one of our international law firm clients at their London office on a permanent, hybrid working. This role focuses on maintaining and supporting our client's Diversity and inclusion initiatives through Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, and providing technical support across the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee and DEI data.
  • Create and update system documentation to enhance user proficiency.
  • Maintain reporting lines and manage cyclical events.
  • Generate reports and analyse HR data for decision-making
  • Develop self-serve reporting dashboards.
  • Respond to third-party data requests and ensure data protection compliance.
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT on cross-functional data.


Requirements:

  • Previous Data Analytics or HRIS experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
