Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor –
A great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a large and growing contractor in the London area. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a successful team in an ambitious and growing company working on major civil engineering and utility projects.
The opportunity would suit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally with some experience in civil engineering or utilities. The successful Quantity Surveyor will likely have the following qualifications and experience.
Person Profile
* Degree qualified or equivalent experience
* Proficient in the NEC suite of contracts.
* Keen attention to detail
* Work well independently as well as in a team environment.
* Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers whilst maintaining assertiveness.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent time management.
In return the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will receive a competitive base salary and benefits package and work on exciting and purposeful projects. You will represent the company at a senior level and manage large packages or work.
