Job Description
No1 Site Manager required for excellent opportunity with a highly rated developer. £70 - £78k plus excellent car allowance and competitive, flexible package and bonus scheme.
Our client is a well respected house builder of quality houses and apartments across Sussex and Surrey, delivering sought after apartments and houses in prime locations.
They are entering a time of growth and are looking for a number one Site Manage a 70 unit new build of 3 and 4 bedroom traditional houses, taking the site from PC through to completion.
They will be number one on Site, reporting into the Contract Manager and responsible for one Assistant Site Manager and all on site staff.
Our client build to reasonable programmes, treat their staff well and offer an excellent working environment, where health and safety are paramount as well as delivery of quality built and finished units.
With a healthy land bank across Kent and Sussex, they are looking for someone to be with the business long term, not just through to the end of this project. There is also genuine chances for progression .
