Description
Preparation of income and expenditure reports and monitor spend against budget
Analyse financial information to drive understanding and action.
Provide clear financial information, advice, KPIs, and analysis.
Liaise regularly with Budget Holders of all levels ensuring provided information is in an accessible format
Offer vital input into the budget setting process across the organisation and accurately reforecast on a monthly basis
Build and maintain significant relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) and ensure efficient communication between relevant parties.
Make process and system improvements where necessary by influencing the financial architecture of the organisation to keep up with the organisation's growth.
Manage and develop the Purchase Ledger and Finance Assistant roles.
Support with the payroll functionality of the organisation.
Improve policies and systems to better meet the organisational objectives.
Lead, deliver, and develop projects inclusively.Profile
May have experience of working in a multi-departmental/group organisation.
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and ability to use Finance systems/databases to input and extract data.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
May have previous experience working as a Finance Manager/Management Accountant/Accountant.
May be working towards an accountancy qualification.Job Offer
Salary: £34,000 - £37,000
