Full Stack Developer - Python/React.js

Responsibilities : - Gather functional requirements, develop technical specifications, and provide solutions. - Take end-to-end ownership of execution, closely working with the product team to identify and solve user problems. - Produce well-designed, testable, efficient, and fully functional code. - Ability to design clean APIs and understand performance issues. - Conducting code reviews and giving feedback to ensure high standards of code maintainability and extensibility. - Document and communicate complex concepts and methodologies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving. Requirements : - 4 to 7 years of full-stack software engineering experience. - Knowledge of Python and JS technologies. - Proficient in JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS, TypeScript, NodeJS, and MongoDB for full-stack development. - Experience with AngularJS, or ExpressJS for backend development. - Strong understanding of HTML and CSS for front-end development. - Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Proven expertise in building high-available, resilient, scalable, low-latency services in a distributed architecture. - Experience with Agile Development or SCRUM Programming methodologies. - Knowledge of Test-Driven Development. - Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming. - Experienced with software engineering best practices - design patterns, code reviews, unit and integration testing, etc. - Strong behavioral skills, including passion, ambition, work ethics, ownership, and a seeker mindset.
