Job Role : Solution Architect Job Location : Mumbai- Office (5 Days from office) Experience : 10 Years Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Solution Architect to design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using cutting-edge technologies. You will lead the architectural design of complex systems with a microservices-driven approach, ensuring the delivery of cloud-native solutions that meet both technical and business needs. As a Senior Solution Architect, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to create solutions that are efficient, reliable, and future-proof. You'll provide hands-on expertise in microservices architecture, containerization, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and observability tools. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the architecture and design of complex systems based on microservices-driven architectures. Ensure systems are scalable, modular, and meet both technical and business requirements. - Implement advanced microservices design patterns (such as event-driven architecture, service discovery, API Gateway, CQRS) to ensure scalability, fault tolerance, and resilience. - Utilize Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration, enabling fast, efficient, and automated deployments, scaling, and management of microservices. - Architect distributed systems leveraging message brokers and event streaming platforms like Kafka or NATS to support real-time data streaming and processing for highly available systems. - Design and implement highly available, scalable, and secure database solutions using PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB. - Ensure efficient data storage and retrieval processes that align with business needs. - Deploy and manage service mesh solutions (e.g., Istio, Linkerd) to improve microservices communication, enhance observability, security, and ensure service-to-service authentication and authorization. - Implement and manage logging, monitoring, and observability tools like the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Grafana, Prometheus, and AppDynamics to ensure the performance, availability, and reliability of microservices. - Advocate for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps best practices to support automated deployments and continuous delivery. - Ensure the architecture complies with industry-standard security protocols and practices, including data encryption, identity and access management, and regulatory compliance. - Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions align with business goals. - Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement. Key Qualifications : - 10 years of experience in software architecture and design, with a deep focus on microservices-based systems and distributed systems. - Strong experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes in a production environment. - Proficiency in distributed queue and event-streaming platforms like Kafka or NATS for real-time data processing and streaming. - Expertise in Java, Node.js, or Go for building high-performance, scalable microservices and backend systems. - Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB for designing and optimizing relational and NoSQL databases. - Experience implementing service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd) for microservice communication management. - In-depth knowledge of logging and monitoring tools such as ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus, and AppDynamics to ensure system performance and reliability. - Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have : - Previous experience working in the financial services sector, particularly in mutual funds or banking solutions.
