Senior Manager- Applications Key Elements : Applications - BAU : - To understand the current application landscape and to collaborate with business owners to meet their requirements. - To be a part of critical business and technology decisions pertaining to applications. - To manage end to end the partner ecosystem supporting applications. - To collaborate with Tech Ops , Tech Infra and BI / Reporting teams to provide a complete and coherent response to technology requirements. - To work closely with core functions such as Operations, Finance, Supply, Logistics to meet operational requirements. - The position is expected to be the complete owner of the legacy application landscape and to drive the change into a cloud based to-be landscape. - To play a key role in furthering the agenda of Commercial Tech working closely with Digital Transformation team. - 0 < 20% - 0 20% - 40% - 0 40% - 60%0 > 60% Applications - Transformation : - Expected to work on data transformation and governance in key business towers. - To be a part of the core S4 support team and to lead tech architecture and process mapping discussions. - To champion future applications implementations and as required integration with S4. Internal Stakeholders : - Supply - Logistics - Procurement - Finance & Tax - Sustainability and Agro - New Business Development - Corporate Communication Team - HR - Sales & Supply - Marketing External Stakeholders : - Partner organizations - Industry Technology forums Education level and/ or experience : - Technology / Management degree - 5- 8 years experience in Applications ( SAP / S4 Hana ) Skills and/or knowledge : Primary - necessary skills : - Project Management - SAP S4 Hana - techno functional - Understanding of Finance / Supply Chain / Operations - End to end Business Flows - SQL - Reporting - Power BI / Tableau - Exceptional documentation and presentation skills Desirable : - Core development - Java / .Net - Appreciation of SAP focused technologies - ABAP - S4 Tech architecture Experience : - The ideal candidate has been a part of complex ERP (S4 Hana) Implementation rollouts in which the core ERP has multiple critical integrations. - The candidate will have been part of at least two end to end implementation or transformation cycles. - Should have experience in managing application deployment and development teams. - Should act as the owner of the end to end application landscape. - End to end ERP Implementations. - Experience in Core S4 Hana Modules. - Experience in Org Structure , Chart of Account structure definitions in S4 Hana. - Should have managed complex Master and Transaction Data situations. - Strong knowledge of functional and business processes. - Strong knowledge of SAP processes & reporting. - Min. 5 years' experience of technical setup (customizing) within SAP. - Desire to work in an information systems environment, with close contact with business users. Capabilities : - The candidate should be a good combination of BAU and transformation. - Should be able to visualize techno business solutions and architect solutions that will be ideal for ABI India's 10 year roadmap. - Should have a passion for Simplification of business processes and for creating a wow user experience for the business user. - The ideal candidate will be comfortable at with creating technology architecture with user experience and business flows enhancement at the core. - Ability to document and present solutions is a key capability for this role.
