DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning, and ensuring system performance and security. This position requires collaboration with development and QA teams to provide technical guidance and troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues. Key Responsibilities : - Manage and optimize cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. - Monitor system performance and implement optimizations. - Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless code integration and deployment. - Automate testing and deployment processes to enhance software delivery. - Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible. - Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management. - Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues. - Ensure system security and compliance with industry standards. Key Result Areas (KRA) : - Achieve optimal performance and cost-effectiveness in cloud infrastructure. - Maintain high availability and reliability of CI/CD pipelines, minimizing downtime. - Increase the automation rate of infrastructure provisioning and configuration management. - Foster a collaborative environment with development and QA teams, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution. - Ensure all systems are secure and compliant with relevant standards and regulations. Skills and Qualifications : Experience : - 5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles with a focus on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Technical Skills : - Proficient in CI/CD tools (e., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI). - Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible). - Proficient in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Scripting skills in languages such as Python and Bash. - Solid understanding of networking concepts and system administration. Soft Skills : - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Solutions, GCP Professional DevOps Engineer). - Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) (ref:hirist.tech)
