HCL - Enterprise Architect - iAM/Active Directory

Job Description : - Ideal candidates should have these skills, if not all then majority of them. - Experience in virtualization of compute, storage, networking - Anything software defined - Data Center, WAN, Network, Storage, - Active Directory, IAM, SSO, - Experience in Hybrid cloud and cloud transformation virtual desktop, citrix, Azure AVD, MDM - It is good to have cyber security experience along with the above, but we know it is difficult to find candidates with everything so a little bit of knowledge on CS such as access management, PIM/PAM, RBAC, vulnerability, endpoint security, firewalls etc would be nice - As a Enterprise Digital Foundation Architect your main responsibilities is to deliver value for customers by providing guidance and creating actionable Technology Strategies, Business Cases, Operational Models and best practices for Enterprise IT, focused on HCL's Digital Foundation Services which includes Digital Infrastructure and Digital workplace solutions. This role requires a blend of value creation and revenue generation. - You will be taking the lead in customers engagement for HCL's strategic accounts making sure all parts of the engagement are aligned to create valuable and actionable outputs to accelerate the customer's - Digital foundation adoption and creating business value. You'll be working closely with customer's IT stakeholders as well as HCL internal teams being a trusted advisor delivering the right solutions to meet business needs. - You will engage with HCL's pre-sales/practice teams and client partners to pro-actively identify opportunities leading to downstream revenue. As part of the engagement, you will also work closely with architects embedded in these accounts to drive : - Help customers in their end-to-end Digital Foundation (Digital infrastructure and workplace solutions) journey right from strategy, migration, DevOps, modernization and optimization - Helping customers to create Digital Foundation (Digital infrastructure, workplace and Cybersecurity) strategy, adoption and roadmaps - Helping customers to create operational models and organizational structures to support Digital foundation services adoption - Building business cases, TCO and ROI models to support the initiatives - Work as a trust advisor for the customer, create and identify opportunities. Work with larger HCL teams (Pre-sales, practice teams, modernization teams etc) and ensure these opportunities are converted to projects with actions - Convert strategies and initiatives to actionable statement of work thus leading to tangible revenue for HCL - Support internal pre-sales and sales in customer conversations (tech days, Executive briefing : - Experience in similar customer facing role driving and engaging with senior stakeholders - Demonstratable skills to think strategically on business, technical, and organisational challenges - Highly analytical, with more than 15 years of IT experience - Experience from delivering large-scale Digital Infrastructure and workplace change projects in highly complex enterprise environments - Independently drive customer conversation and willing to guide and collaborate with larger HCL teams - Drive thought leadership in accounts and drive innovation by understanding HCL capabilities/services and also conduct research and recommend bet fit solutions - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Good vertical knowledge in one of industries (Banking, Retail, Life Sciences, Manufacturing) (ref:hirist.tech)
