Job Description : We are hiring for our Data & Analytics practice and looking for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in Pharma consulting. The role focuses on Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), including Alignment, Targeting, Segmentation, Affiliation mapping, Incentive Compensation (IC), Patient-level data analytics, and dashboard reporting. You will provide data-driven solutions to global pharma clients, leveraging strong analytical capabilities. Key Responsibilities : - Work on sales force effectiveness projects including Field force sizing, Targeting, Alignment, Call planning, Incentive Compensation (IC), Dashboard reporting, and Test & Control Analysis for pharma clients. - Develop SQL queries based on business rules and create Tableau dashboards reflecting key performance indicators (KPIs). - Analyze Pharma commercial data sets such as Patient claims data, Rx, SP, SD, Call activity, and CRM data to drive commercial effectiveness. - Collaborate with onshore teams and clients for daily project activities, guiding team members, delegating tasks, and managing the overall project engagement. - Maintain process assets such as SOPs, BRDs, Checklists, and Process Maps, while establishing best practices for project execution. - Facilitate data-driven decision-making for clients by providing actionable insights and recommendations from both qualitative and quantitative analytics. - Understand business rules and processes to effectively communicate results and solutions to clients. - Mentor and coach junior team members, preparing them for greater responsibilities within the team. Qualifications : - MBA / B Pharma / M Pharma or Master's degree in Life Sciences. - B Tech / BE / M Tech / ME with Engineering academic background. - 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), IC Analytics, Dashboard Reporting, Targeting & Segmentation, Test & Control Analysis, or MMX. - Expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Excel. - Experience working with life sciences clients is mandatory. - Strong communication and storyboarding skills to present insights clearly. - Analytical mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing client needs. - Flexibility in working approaches to meet client demands (ref:hirist.tech)
