UX/UI Lead - Adobe Creative Suite

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to execution for various digital products, ensuring a user centric approach. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions, translating user needs into engaging and intuitive designs. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts. - Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI libraries to ensure consistency across all platforms and products. - Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment. - Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design to continuously improve the design process. - Analyze user feedback and analytics to iterate on design solutions and enhance user experience. Skills Required : - Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects in the omni commerce, e-commerce, or fintech domains. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Excellent visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate user behavior and design effectiveness. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
