With our cutting-edge solutions, we empower these Coaches & Trainers to streamline their operations, enhance productivity, and achieve their business goals more efficiently. Salary : 8-12 LPA Roles and Responsibilities : - Taking the lead to design and optimization of landing pages to elevate user experience and maximize conversions. - Leverage your expertise in tools like Figma, WordPress and System.io to bring designs to life seamlessly. - Infuse interactive elements and finesse into our digital assets using CSS as per the requirement. - Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as bounce rate, dead clicks, scroll rate, and load speed. - Conduct in-depth analysis and A/B testing to refine designs and enhance conversion rates. - Create visually compelling graphics, ad creatives, and MS PowerPoint presentations that align with brand guidelines ensuring a high level of professionalism and creativity. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Media buyers, content strategists, etc to align design strategies with business goals. - Have a nose and have best practices in Ul/UX design and conversion rate optimization. Qualifications : - Proficiency in Ul/UX design principles demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing conversion-focused designs with 2 years of experience. - Expertise in tools like Canva, WordPress and System.io to bring landing page designs to fruition seamlessly. - Knowledge of JavaScript and CSS to enhance user experience with interactive elements would be an additional advantage. - Proven track record of optimizing conversion rates through A/B testing and data- driven design decisions. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams. - Passion for pushing the boundaries of design and delivering exceptional user experiences.
