Analog/Mixed Signal Engineer - IP Design

Key Responsibilities & Tasks : - Prior experience in third-party IP design & integration of 28nm, 65nm, and 130nm technologies. - Silicon realization of LC resonance-based energy recycling patented IP. - DSM (Deep Submicron) Library development in DSM including FinFETs for customer adoption into future SoCs. - Tape out of benchmark test chips and characterization for customer design wins. - Deliver results on time according to MBOs (Management By Objectives). - Develop first silicon success methodology. - Contribute to achieving aggressive stated objectives. - Support global team's efforts with flexible timing and locations as needed. - Design, simulate, and verify leading-edge CMOS digital and analog circuits. - Supervise IC circuit/mask designers closely, provide floorplan and layout guidelines. - Support technology transfer to product development teams. - Debug and characterization of designs. Job Requirements : - Education/Experience: 1-5 years in CMOS Analog/Mixed Signal Circuit Design or RA/project experience. - Strong fundamental understanding of transistor devices and analog transistor-level design. - Hands-on design experience with gigabit circuits and subsystems, including oscillators, biasing circuits, bandgap references, regulators, op-amps, and high-speed clocking circuits. - Experience with PLL, DLL, transmitters, receivers, and equalization is a plus. - Experience using IC design tools like Synopsys or Cadence for Analog Circuit Design. - Circuit Simulation, System Simulation, Layout Design, Physical Design, Physical Verification, Parasitic Extraction, and Full Chip Verification. - Scripting skills (Perl), as well as modeling and design skills in Verilog/Verilog AMS.
