Security Delivery Lead - SailPoint

Project Role : Security Delivery Lead. Project Role Description : Leads the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). Must have skills : SailPoint IdentityNow. Good to have skills : SailPoint IdentityIQ. Minimum 5.5 year(s) of experience is required. Location : PAN India. Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education. Summary : As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project execution. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will also contribute to the development of innovative strategies and drive continuous improvement in project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities : - Should be able to perform deployments related break-fix, application onboarding & other IDN modules independently. - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. - Leverage global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). - Contribute to the development of innovative strategies. - Drive continuous improvement in project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills : - 5 years of experience in the development, integration, and troubleshooting of SailPoint identity Now products. - Should have detailed knowledge on SailPoint Identity Now. - Troubleshooting & resolving issues related SailPoint IDN independently & in timely manner. - Should have knowledge about IAM infrastructure, patching & upgrade processes. - Should be able to understand code & able to make minor enhancements where ever applicable. - Good to have knowledge on shell scripting & cron jobs expressions. - Should be comfortable working in shifts. Must To Have Skills : - Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow, SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Strong understanding of security services implementation. - Experience in leading and managing project teams. - Knowledge of global delivery methodologies and tools. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
