Job Summary : Job Title : Salesforce Architect (12-13 Years of Experience) Location : [Bangalore, Hybrid from office] Position Type : Full-Time About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect with 12-13 years of total experience, including expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions, to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions that support complex business requirements. The ideal candidate will possess both deep technical expertise and excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to lead solution design, guide development teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities : - Solution Design and Architecture : Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce-based solutions, particularly focusing on Salesforce CPQ. - Client Management : Work closely with clients to gather and analyze requirements, and translate business needs into scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. - Salesforce CPQ Expertise : Design, develop, and implement custom CPQ solutions using Salesforce, including configuring pricing models, product catalogs, quoting workflows, and approvals. - Client Interaction and Consultation : Provide technical leadership and expert advice to clients on best practices for Salesforce solutions. - System Integration and Data Management : Oversee integrations with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party platforms. - Testing and Quality Assurance : Ensure that solutions are robust, scalable, and meet client requirements. - Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices. Experience/ Qualifications & Skills Required : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) OR Salesforce CPQ Certification is a plus. - 12-13 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years working directly with - Direct client-facing experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven experience in Salesforce CPQ solution design, development, and implementation. - Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations. - Experience in architecting solutions involving complex business requirements and multiple integrated systems. - Familiarity with third-party integrations (REST, SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).
