Quality Assurance Engineer - Performance Testing

Role Description : - This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Engineer at Benthon Labs in Noida. - The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for test execution, quality assurance, manual testing, creating test cases, and software testing on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications : - Test Execution and Software Testing skills. - Quality Assurance and Manual Testing experience. - Experience with automated testing tools is a plus. - Participate in Requirement Gathering and document them. - Build and maintain a framework for testing. - Prepare test case documents using the requirements and maintain them. - Work closely with services developers ensuring proper testing. - Publish QA test pass/fail summary to management. - Work on other automation processes like Automation Pipeline, Result Reports, etc, and help the team enhance the existing automation process. - Manually verify the functionalities against the test cases and raise issues for fixes. - Work on the Automation framework to incorporate new features Prepare automation test scripts and execute them periodically. Technical Skills : - 4 years of experience testing web applications and web architecture API using Python, Node.js, and JAVA is highly desirable. - Experience in automation frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Selenium UI, and/or API-level test automation expertise. - Good understanding of cloud-delivered applications isrequired. - Experience with web services with HTTP, HTTPS, REST APIs, and JSON. - Experience in testing Big Data applications is good to have. - Knowledge/ exposure of AWS/ Lambda / GEB SPOC is good to have. - Experience with microservices architecture using Kubernetes and Docker containers is a plus. - Hands-on experience in SQL. - Comfortable with building processes, CI processes, and managing QA Environments as well as working with tools like Git and Bamboo. - Experience in client communications and related processes. - Having a Basic understanding of the Appium tool and swagger tool. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Tech /B.MCA/ M.Tech. Identify and report defects, track them to resolution, and retest fixes. - Analyze test results to identify trends and potential issues. - Perform manual testing to validate software requirements. - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and API testing frameworks. - Execute automated test suites to ensure regression testing. Create detailed test cases based on software requirements and specifications. - Maintain and update test cases to reflect changes in software functionality. - Build and maintain a robust testing framework to streamline the testing process. - Integrate testing tools and frameworks into the CI/CD pipeline. - Work closely with development teams to understand requirements and identify potential testing scenarios. - Provide timely feedback on software quality and potential issues. - Conduct performance testing to assess system response times, scalability, and resource utilization. - Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities. - Perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities and potential security threats.
