Job Description
Job Summary : 1. IT / NBFC/ Banking experience on Loan Management System FinnOne 2. Managed the internal / external customers and team of not less than 2-3 people 3. Problem solving and design the solution 4. Experience in Project Management 5. 3-4 Years' development experience in Structured Query Language, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL preferable 6. Managing the problem tickets and incidents Responsibilities for the job : Key Responsibilities : - Manage the maintenance, upgrades, developments for Loan Servicing Platforms like FinnOne, FinnOne Neo, FactorIn, Finnacle, Flex Cube. a) Knowledge of Accounting GL's & Chart of Accounts b) Knowledge of critical LMS business functions like Loan Booking, Disbursement, Receipts, Loan Rescheduling, Loan Closure, Loan Restructuring, NPA, Provisioning, DPD, Loan Moratorium, TDS (Tax Deduction at source), GST (Goods & Services Tax) etc c) Knowledge of all kinds of lending repayment schedules like Flat, Reducing, Bullet, Balloon, Goal Seek method, PMT method d) Knowledge of Retail & Corporate loans business flow e) Hands on experience of implementation of regulatory requirements like IRACP, Moratorium, Restructuring f) Understanding of statement of account, Trial Balance, Repayment schedule, Write off g) Knowledge of LMS APIs & third-party integration like loan boarding API, Repayment schedule API, Receipt API, Waive off API, Refund API, Loan Closure API & another micro API h) Knowledge of GL & Lending reconciliation i) Knowledge of Oracle SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle collections, PL/SQL tables, Procedures, Functions, writing complex SQL queries j) Knowledge WebLogic & management of application server - Change management and new requirements developments in the existing software a) Expertise in change management & rollout the change b) Understanding of complete flow of implementing the change - Requirement gathering, Commercial negotiation, Design, Development, Demo, UAT, Go Live & post production roll out c) Expertise in creating SOPs and process roll out Vendor Management : a) Enabling vendors to deliver & support as per the business expectation, monthly meetings, escalations, adherence to the timelines b) Enabling vendors to make the bug free deliveries c) Person shall be responsible for managing & negotiating the commercials with the vendor for the project deliveries d) Person shall be tracking the project & support items regularly with the vendor and raise the escalations if required Client & stakeholder Management : Working closely with the internal customers like Operations and business for delivering the IT solutions for new requirements and problems. a) Person shall be responsible regular project & support status updates to the internal customers Ops, Business, Risk, Finance b) Person shall be responsible for regular connects with the customer and keep them informed about the projects progress c) Person shall be responsible for managing the customer & vendor escalations Other Responsibilities : - Handling of satellite module for the core business application Stability of the Business Application : - Controlled business application with no/less incident open - Maintain application SLA - Ensure providing interim solution to ensure BAU - Execution Measures - Ensure 99.99% uptime - Ensure that application is available to the business users 99.99% - Take all preventive action - Ensure application health with prevent health check and drill - Leadership Measures - Team performer Education : Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline from a reputed university / institute OR MCA from a reputed university / institute Age : Below 40 years Work Experience : At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in a recognized software organization / department : - Software Development Life Cycle - Software support life cycle - Managed a small applications team Primary Skill : Oracle PLSQL, SQL, ANSI SQL, MS-SQL Technical Skills : Essential : - Understanding of SQL syntax - Understanding of SQL capabilities / limitations - Understanding of SQL constructs - Excellent Analytical Skills - Knowledge of PL/SQL - Understanding of Java/J2ee coding syntax - Managed complex application having multiple application working together with API integration, DB-To-DB integration or file system integration Secondary : - Performance tuning of DB - Understanding of DB Design principles - Extract on-demand business MIS Management Skills : - Ability to manage task assignment, understand priorities Soft Skills : - Positive attitude towards work, ability to work in a team, result-orientation and long-term commitment (ref:hirist.tech)
