Job Role : Golang developer Job Location : Remote Experience : 8 Years Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain software solutions across our technology stack - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features - Lead by example in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code - Drive innovation and improvements in our development practices - Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing - Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members - For Staff level: Be the hands-on technical leader for a team (with the support of our Head of Engineering, Principal Engineers, and Product Owners) Our Current Tech Stack : - Frontend : Next.js - Backend : Node.js (experience layer), Go (system layer), Python (AI) - APIs : GraphQL, gRPC - Other technologies : Temporal, Kafka (Redpanda), PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Flux, Azure, GitHub Requirements : - Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong background in one or more areas of our tech stack - Ability to think in systems and approach problems holistically - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team environment - Experience with cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and testing - Excitement to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed Nice to Have : - Experience with multiple areas of our tech stack - Knowledge of fintech, banking, or wealth management domains - Familiarity with distributed system architectures About StatusNeo : At StatusNeo, we take pride in being an agile software development and consulting firm with a specialization in D3 - Digital Full Stack, DevOps, Data Engineering, and AI.
