Artificial Intelligence Engineer - NLP/LLM

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of hands-on experience working with Generative AI (Gen AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning (ML). The role requires expertise in Computer Vision and the ability to develop innovative AI solutions that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms in the areas of Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and Computer Vision. - Work with large datasets to train and fine-tune ML models for various business applications. - Implement and optimize AI solutions for real-world use cases, ensuring high accuracy and performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems. - Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to improve existing solutions. - Conduct research and experiments to improve the efficiency of AI algorithms. - Optimize and scale AI infrastructure to handle large-scale deployments. Must-Have Skills : - Strong experience with Generative AI (Gen AI). - Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs). - Expertise in Computer Vision and related tools/frameworks. - Hands-on experience with Machine Learning models and algorithms. - Proficient in Python and AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges. Preferred Skills : - Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions. - Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Engineering. - Understanding of MLOps for managing the AI model lifecycle.
