Job Title : UI Designer. Employment Type : Full Time. Experience : 3 years. Work Mode : On-Site. Location : Bangalore. Responsibilities : 1. Design and Development : - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to create visually appealing and user-centered interfaces. - Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts. - Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines and brand standards. 2. User Experience (UX) : - Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and preferences. - Optimize user flows and interactions for a seamless and enjoyable experience. - Create intuitive and accessible designs that cater to diverse user groups. 3. Tools and Technologies : - Proficient in using design tools such as Figma, Canva, and other relevant software. - Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies. Qualifications : Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in UI design. Skills : - Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices. -Strong knowledge of mockups, prototypes and wireframes. - Ability to create visually appealing and functional designs. - Knowledge of user centric design - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. - Portfolio : A well-curated portfolio showcasing previous UI design projects. - Experience in designing for mobile and web platforms. - Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Experience working in an agile development environment.
