PROJECT MANAGER City: Roma Location: Roma, Italy, 144 Contract Type: Permanent Division: Aerospace & Defence Level of experience: Intermediate RINA is currently recruiting for a PROJECT MANAGER to join its office in ROME within the Aerospace & Defence Division. Mission RINA is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER to join our Space & Defense team in Rome . Job Responsibilities Creation of the WBS and Project baseline, in collaboration with the Program Manager/Chief Engineer, taking responsibility for defining the plans and assigned project schedules. Identification and monitoring the project critical paths. Supporting the definition of the scenario of future orders for the purposes of forecasting workloads. Establishing and managing project workload forecasting. In collaboration with Finance, supporting the preparation of Budget objectives annual and five-year Business Plan and defining the sales milestone plan. Management of the daily activities of the Project Control staff dedicated to its contracts/projects. Cost control and calculation of the overall project (EAC - Estimate at Completion) every 6 months. Risk management (financial and operational). Coordination of project resources, with particular focus on Project Business Team. Certification required: PMP, Prince2 or equivalent. The profile is completed by a good knowledge of the English language (B2/C1) and solid and demonstrable experience in Project Management issues.
