Summary: Energean Italy is seeking to employ a five years experienced Financial Controller. The Candidate will be directly reporting to the Italian Head of Finance and will be responsible for preparing and drafting reports, and for budget and forecast activities. They will also supervise the Croatian branch activities. The position is based in our Milan offices and involves permanent and full-time employment, from Monday to Friday with flexible entry hours between 08.30 and 09.30. There is also one day of smart working per week and a company welfare system available to our People. The onboarding date should be between the November the 1st and November the 15th. Key Accountabilities: Support for the planning and control process (business plan, budget, forecast, financial closing); Support for monthly reporting for the parent company with group KPI analysis; Management of part of the monthly reporting for business functions and technical departments; Support for the development of the control model and reporting system; Quantitative and qualitative analysis of actual vs budget variances; Monitoring and management of the Time Sheet module and management accounting, turnover, allocations, hourly costs and/or man days, joint tariffs; Support to the Business Solution in the development of the ERP system and SAP reporting suited to the needs of the business; Collaboration with other functions for the correct management of processes, for the correct allocation of revenues/opex/capex to the correct cost objects; Management of daily relationships with other company functions; Processing monthly allocations and checking allocations from other functions; Mapping of orders and contracts assigned to the various cost centers; Support in the implementation of new accounting standards; Support in the drafting of the Management Report for year-end financial statements; Supervision of Croatian branch activities. Qualifications & Experience: University degree in Economy or related discipline; 5 years experience in similar position; Good knowledge of English (at least B1/B2); Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Good knowledge of the SAP 4/HANA application.
